Driver was on time for our hotel pick up. He was quiet the whole drive and got us to the airport earlier than excepted. Extra time at the airport is always a good thing.

I was hoping for a reconfirmation 48 hours or so before (if nothing else to feel satisfied that my booking was being dealt with) but I didn't receive anything so I was a bit concerned that my shuttle might night turn up. I would have marked the booking experience 'Excellent' had I received a reminder email. Otherwise everything else was excellent.
The shuttle was there to meet us, the vehicle was in excellent condition and the driver was very courteous. I would also like to say that the return journey was also excellent. Thank you!
