Mr H from United KingdomPick up vehicle on return a mondeo estate we had a job to get bike bag in plus 3 passengers and 3 suit cases, however we did manage ok booking experience was very good both ways. The only drawback was that i was not able to pre book bike bag, i was told to negotiate with the driver, but I had book at reception which caused a bit of a hold in the queue.
Very good minibus was ok for bike bag and 3 passengers.

Our flight landed half an hour before scheduled time and well before the next arriving flight whose passengers were meant to share our transport. Instead of having to wait an hour or more the company organised a 'servico privado' car just for us. As we had expected to wait we consider this a real gesture of good will and commitment.
