Faro airport was fairly busy and there was a bit of uncertainty as to which was the correct desk to queue at because the signage was not exactly as described in the booking. Apart from that everything fine.

It was good even though I had to wait for about half an hour (30 minutes) before we actually left the airport... and the driver drove a bit risky at round abouts - especially in Portimao, straight in front of another car.

Mr B from PortugalMy journey to the airport, I had to meet the driver at 3:40am in the dark early hours at a cafe 800m walk away as they didn't know where my house was... I am a female and was not feeling very comfortable or safe doing this!
Secondly the driver was 30min late! He arrived 4:10am!
I arrived 2.5hrs before my flight which was too early and meant my journey was too long that day!
On my return we landed at 12am and we had to wait for an hour for a driver.., there were no chairs to dit on nothing to drink or eat. But there wasn't any drivers available although my booking was done since 5 days ahead, so at 1:30am we had to catch a taxi instead... I arrived home at 2:30am in the morning!!
I will not use this service again.

Not even a phone call or any explanation, literally just 'we would like to inform you that your shuttle has been cancelled' so we were left stranded with no way of getting to the airport 5 hours before our flight took off!
