Had to wait an hour when I arrived at the airport for the driver to meet me. However on the way back my chauffeur was waiting for me in time at the reception and I was very impressed.

The driver that was supposed to wait for us on the airport was a bit late and I was not sure he would come to puck us, but 20 mins later he appeared with piece of paper with my name on it. No big deal, just to warn others not to worry but wait a bit if they don't see their name immediately.
On the way back, things were perfect, our driver was waiting for us long before the arranged meeting!

At the airport I had to wait for about thirty minutes and on the way back about 10. But the transfer itself was swift and quickly and the people were nice.

onze vlucht had 1.5h vertraging, in contract staat shuttle 1h wacht, wat ik begrijp, maar vanop de vlieger kan ik niet laten weten we later zijn, en ook hun bureel was gesloten toen we aankwamen dus daar stonden we , taxi kostte ons 80 euro, om terug te komen hebben we gebeld maar kregen geen planning, was nog niet klaar, kan zijn maar dan is het aan hun om ons te sms'n wanneer ze ons ophalen vind ik, als ik constant moet bellen doe ik ook geen voordeel meer, onze terugvlucht is naar nacht veranderd en dus ik heb per mail geannuleerd en laten weten we latere vlucht namen, toch stonden ze om 8u smorgens aan hotel (terwijl we eerst om 9u gevraagd hadden) en kreeg ik nadien een mail van no-show up,

The first service from the airport to the hotel, I can say that it was quite correct as expected, they were on time to pick us up and the driver and the trip, adequate.But the trip back was a nightmare. The driver did not know a word of English or another language with which to communicate, he did not know which airport to go to and he asked us about a terminal that we did not know. The planning of the trip was a disaster, they came to pick us up with little time in advance and we almost missed the flight, we arrived 45 minutes before the departure of the flight. The trip was two hours and they wanted to pick me up only two and a half hours in advance, I had to insist that they pick me up before and even then they delayed the time we had agreed. It was a horrible trip. To finish, the driver was a bad driver, constantly accelerating and braking and putting our lives at risk.
As far as the contracting management is concerned (not the service), the process is more or less simple on the Web, although I found some complication so that I would appear a larger type of vehicle than with the options requested It did not appear and I had to mark additional bags that did not exist or more people to be offered with a larger vehicle.

The driver was very good, but they sent old shabby Volkswagen van instead of Mercedes van i paid for.
