But I was surprised that they still waited for me (the employer, not the shuttle of course) and he instructed and accompanied me to another shuttle agency that can take me to the hotel without any trouble. I think they have a friendly deal and help each other out in cases like mine. So I‘m VERY IMPRESSED and GRATEFUL with how they handled the situation.
