Mr M from PortugalAntes de contratar o serviço desta empresa li muitas reviews que me deixaram muito assustada. No entanto decidi contratar o serviço e posso confirmar que tudo correu muito bem. Ao fazer a reserva no site eles enviam para o email os respetivos vouchers, um para a chegada e outro para a partida. No dia que chegam ao aeroporto têm que se dirigir ao balcão (número 7) da transunion, que vos irão dar uma senha com o número do autocarro que vos vai levar. O tempo de espera vai depender de muitos fatores, da altura do ano, da hora que chegam etc. Eu esperei apenas 30 minutos, mas fui em meados de Maio e o meu vôo chegou perto da meia-noite. Mas já haviam pessoas dentro do autocarro, não sei o tempo que estiveram à espera. Os autocarros estão organizados por zona, ou seja o autocarro não vai andar a percorrer a ilha toda para deixar pessoas nos hotéis (conforme li em algumas reviews). O meu autocarro só levou passageiros para a zona norte Alcudia, Port Pollença, etc.
O problema para muita gente parece estar no transporte de retorno para o aeroporto. Então, antes uns 2 dias do regresso a empresa envia um mail para o email fornecido aquando da reserva, a informar a hora e o local da recolha. Caso não recebam o email, podem consultar online no site da transunion que está lá a informação ou então podem ligar, um ou dois dias antes, com eles para o número de telefone que vem no voucher.
Depois é só aguardar no local indicado. Atenção importante- nem sempre o autocarro que vem bucar é da empresa da transunion (imagem 1), o autocarro que nos veio buscar tinha um nome completamente diferente (provavelmente será por isso que muita gente perde o transporte. Imagem 2).
Nestes casos na frente do autocarro tem um cartaz (às vezes é pequeno) identificativo com o nome da transunion, exemplo imagem 3.
O motorista desce sempre do autocarro e chama pelo nome da pessoa que fez a reserva. Por isso aconselho que se virem um autocarro que não seja o da transunion (imagem 1), mas de outra empresa (imagem 2 e 3), abordem o motorista e perguntem.
A minha experiência não podia ter corrido melhor. Na minha próxima visita a Palma de Maiorca sem dúvida que contratarei os serviços da transunion.
