Easy to book however very poor explanation as to what it means to be transferred to venice. No explanation that cars only go so far as Rome Square and that furthre transport is either by foot, private water taxi or vaporeto.
Very polite service, clean car and well driven. However I feel the following would improve the service. The driver should wait at the barrier in front of the arrivals gate not across the hall near an exit. Also some advice as to how passengers can reach their hotels rather than just dropping at Piazzo Roma and saying speak to one of them (The porters). An explanation of how the taxi services work would have been much appreciated. As a first time visitor to venice I felt I was uncermoniously dumped in the square.
