Mr K from RussiaWell, if you absolutely insist on writing something, I can point out that among the luggage info on the FAQ and booking pages there was none on free ski-bag allowance for my ride, so I had to make call to sort it out. That's about the biggest problem I can think of :)
There was a little too long wait before the departure on my way from the airport, but I wasn't in any kind of hurry, so I didn't really mind. Otherwise, everything was perfectly convenient.
