When I arrived I was looking for a Shuttle Direct logo - but it ended up being four seasons outsourced to Andi's taxi's. As he was collecting many people, the names were rotating and my name was not up when I passed. It would have been clearer to have been advised in advance to look for Andi's taxi.

Taxi was present at airport on arrival. Return Taxi was planned fro earlier due to weather changes.
Both of the Taxis were in very good condition and both drivers were safe and prompt.

Mr A from South Africathe process of booking on the website is very simple and user friendly, but if you need to be fetched from the airport on another day than the arrival day (if you need to stay overnight in Munich, for example), the booking process is 2-step (you book, then need to send request to change the departure day, then wait for confirmation). Some simple adjustment to accommodate such situation would be useful (I think, but don't know how many clients have had similar problem before).

Felt the transfer time was tight, leaving no spare time if an issue were to occur with traffic etc. As it turned out, we made it with 1.5 hrs to departure.
Mr N from United Kingdomi would have liked to be have been given the number of the transfer company to confirm that the arrangements were in place. As it was i would only have received a text (in german) the night before departure. If that text hadn't arrived i had no way to chase up the arrangement. It's stressful not having early confirmation.
I don't know why we had to leave at 4.30am. 5.30 would have still got us there 2 hours before departure!
