I was properly informed of where to go regarding the service desk on arrival at Alicante airport and the staff there were courteous and helpful. I was advised of the pickup location and to phone the company to confirm the time of departure a day before leaving to return to the UK. I had a problem on that day as I tried three times to phone the office but the call failed/was not answered, I used the emergency number and was given the information I needed promptly - much to my relief. Collection and journey to the airport went smoothly. Overall I was happy with the service and the cost was very good value.
