This time I was dropped of to the wrong hotel at arrival and had to walk 1km to get where I was supposed to be. Knowing the area it was not a big deal for me; a nice walk all in all. But if unknown to the area it might have been more if an issue though... great service and rapid response by service/ helpdesk made everything work out just fine.
