He carried my bags to the car and was very well presented and friendly (although communication was limited due to language barrier). The car was in excellent condition and air conditioned. He called the accommodation for us to let them know we were on our way. Our accommodation in Toledo was difficult to get to and his car would not fit down certain lanes but he went above and beyond to get us there with him organizing the accommodation manager to come and meet us at the car to get us to the apartment. ( unlike other drivers in the past that just tell you they can't go any further and tell you to get out and point in the general direction of the accommodation) I Would definitely use them again.
