Mr M from United KingdomTo start with I am MRS Ann Bromley so that is the first problem. Secondly the private car we ordered at extra cost did not tune up at the airport. We rang the number shown on the booking form - printout did not show booking reference - they could not help and gave me another number. They were extremely unhelpful and hung up as “bad line”. Luckily an English rep from a holiday company took pity on us and rang back and spoke to the man in Greek who magically found out booking and a man was dispatched but not with a car in a Mercedes Sprinter minibus. I am now desperately hoping they turn up for the return journey. Reason given we had told them the wrong hotel which is absolutely not the case as the girl tell on the form is correct. I shall be taking this up when home for refund of extra paid for private car and inconvenience.
