I phoned your Turkish partners 5 times asking as to what time they to collect me unfortunately on each phoning I was asked to call next day and eventually it was on the eve of my departure that I was given the collection time!! This is not good enough as indeed you should give me the collection time at least few days before or indeed you should take the trouble of telephoning the customer informing of your collection time! Phoning your partner in Bodrum 5 times using my British mobile phone has cost me more than what I paid for the shuttle service!!

The driver could not find the complex going to and picking up to return to Airport even though the driver was picked us up 1 hour late to return when on the transfer bus the transfers were swift.

The driver did not know where he was going and had to stop and ask directions twice on the journey from the airport.
The journey back to the airport was fine, but the allocated pick up time was far too early and there should be a way to change it.

No taxi waiting on me when u arrived in bodrum. Took half an hour to find someone who knew about my taxi who them rang for it. On return taxi arrived hour and a half early and threaten to leave at 19:30 if I was not ready yet voucher said pick-up time was 19:55 which put a lot of pressure on me to get things packed.
