N from United KingdomWe had a stress free travel, went straight to the desk when we arrived and was straight on the coach, had to wait quite a while for other people though. The coach was early picking us up on the way back to the airport and waited until the due time. The only downside was that it was freezing in the coach and it's a long journey back to Alicante. Both drivers were lovely though.

When going back to the airport the driver came in to our hotel and took our bags. The who experience was seamless.
