I felt at ease when I arrived at my destination as if a friend or relative was waiting for me at the airport . I had the same experience returning to the airport upon leaving my destination.

Everything was perfect, the driver on time (before) and fast transfer to the Airport in Glasgow.

Ms L from CanadaOur driver was excellent, helpful and friendly. There is an issue at the Glasgow airport though as the drivers have to pay an exceptional fee to park there cars and come find you. They wait until they hear from you by phone so make sure you call them asap when you get your baggage. They are waiting to hear from you. So there is no one standing with a card with your name on it at the airport, don't look for that.
Once we called and made contact with our driver we had a good experience. Our driver was friendly and helpful as well as efficient. We would use this service again.

Ms p from United KingdomTotal price rip off we were charged twice what we should have been . We know that for sure as we had a taxi bus and a car for half the price we paid for our arrival journey . Too add to that we booked a ten seater to meet us and got a 6 seater we had to leave people behind to wait on further transport . The driver was great and very accommodating and none of it was his fault . I cannot believe we paid £115 for a £30 journey and also had a lot of hassle booking it
