    Drivers were on Time went out there way to help spoke pretty good English polite and didn’t seem to bother them it was a 2 hour journey from Barcelona to Estartit and back again would gladly use them again

    Shuttle Direct were the cheapest quote for a taxi transfer for my family consisting of 4 adults and a 2 year old plus luggage from Girona Airport and Estartit and return trip.

    The confirmation email gave explicit instructions, on arrival the driver would be waiting outside the arrivals exit doors holding a board with our name on, and that’s exactly what happened. The Mercedes people carrier was plenty big enough for all of us and our luggage and the driver had a booster seat for our 2 year old.

    On the return journey the instructions told us to be to the same point we had been dropped off at 06:39am. We were 15 minutes early and the driver was already waiting. Another identical vehicle with booster seat and trouble free drive to the airport.

    Both drivers were friendly and the vehicles clean and and in good condition.

    All in all great, value for money and seamless service. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

    Our driver was waiting for us when we arrived with our name clearly visible. Was very welcoming and professional. When we arrived at our apartment the keys were not in the lockbox they were supposed to be. Our driver helped us collecting the keys from its sister hotel down the road. The minicab was very comfortable and modern.
    Our return driver arrived well before time and was very professional and helpful. Again the minicab was very comfortable and modern.
    Will definitely be using this service again.👍👍
