clear, although it would be helpful to alert the client what to look for at the airport.. e.g. I was looking for a "Shuttle Direct" sign, but actually no sign in Faro was obvious , but I recalled the Green Bus company" and that led me to the stand by the same name! so clearer marketing and signage might help?
great drivers, very good English and positive and open folk. It would be helpful if the company put the correct time of collection on the voucher...e.g. our voucher said 10.05 so I assumed that meant local time.. indeed it did not. Therefore had you said 10.05 (Portuguese time) we would have known not to expect you at our local time of 10.05, but instead at 11.05 because of the time difference.. Knowing this time difference would have reduced the anxiety experienced, as we assumed the taxi was late!
Booking was easy and simple. 175 euros a lot but it was an hour's drive late at night.
Driver (and his son) were waiting for us at the airport. Smart new Mercedes was comfortable. Expectation of tip by driver drove total cost up by another 20 euros to nearly 200 euros - we felt the booking process could be more transparent showing what proportion of the 175 euros the driver would get and whether it is customary to pay a tip on top.
