    Exceptional service. Driver was waiting at airport. On the way back driver was on the hotel on time. Was a very smooth ride both ways. Bus was clean and tidy. Everything you need. Using shuttledirect for second time, both times everything was great. Highly recommended

    We initially booked as we had a later flight and didn't want to risk missing our train connection from Barcelona airport. This proved a great choice as our flight was delayed by some time.
    The instructions on meeting the staff were clear and they got us onto the next available transport. The driver was great, the bus was immaculate and the ride smooth.
    This is a brilliant option especially for people who aren't too mobile or those who have young children. The pick up is right outside the airport terminal and you are dropped off at the door of your hotel. This works in reverse also.
