Mrs M from IrelandI recently used Shuttle Direct for an airport transfer and overall, it was a great experience. The pickup was smooth, and the driver was professional and friendly. According to their instructions, there is a 10-minute window for pickup delays, which is perfectly reasonable. However, we ended up waiting about 25 minutes past the scheduled time, which was a bit longer than expected. That said, it didn’t cause any major issues since they had scheduled the pickup about 3 hours before my flight departure, so I still had plenty of time.
Once the shuttle arrived, the ride to the airport was comfortable and efficient. The service overall was excellent, and I would definitely use Shuttle Direct again, just hopefully with a more timely pickup next time!

Man wird am Airport am Schalter zur richtigen Bushaltebucht dirigiert, dort empfängt uns eine nette Dame, Transfer nach Corralejo.Zurück 2 Tage vorher Uhrzeit an der Sammelhaltestelle erfragen und pünktlich am Rückreisetag abgeholt (dann an ziemlich vielen anderen Haltepunkte Gäste eingesammelt) mehr als rechtzeitig am Airport eingetroffen.Die Rückfahrt dauerte allerdings rund 1,5 Stunden.Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden. Würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder so machen.
