Cabe aclarar que dicho transfer fue contratado y abonado con mucho tiempo de antelacion.

Abbiamo telefonato alla compagnia di trasferimento con grande difficoltà perché non parlano una sola parola di italiano ci hanno messo in contatto con l'autista che era all'esterno dell'aeroporto in un area di carico a circa 300/400 metri a piedi e ultima sorpresa negativa avevo prenotato e pagato per il minivan per star comodi e l'autista si è presentato con una piccola monovolume Sharan... Io di sicuro non lo utilizzerò più

Hr. M from GermanyThe shuttle back to the Airport was great. Nice Driver, clean car, nothing to complain about. The pick-up from the airport on the other hand was a disaster. The driver did not pick us up (as mentioned at the gate exit). We were not able to contact him by phone and had to go through the office all the time. To top off the delay, we really would have needed a blanket to sit in a car this filthy.
I did send an E-Mail to the company, have not received any feedback.
So, no, I cannot recommend this shuttle "Service".

1. from the air port , the driver showed up after 20 min that we were waiting .
2. from the hotel to the air port , the driver didnt show up at all.
i called the number on the voucher they couldnt understand endlish and couldnt find my order .
i was forced to order urgent taxi because it was too late.
Now im tring to get refund with no sucsess .
wish i have never order transport from this company .
