The taxi was indeed a shuttle bus and we were the only two to board.
Our flight was late arriving and we had limited time to get to our resort to check in and the driver managed to get us to the resort in good time.
As always it was an excellent transfer.

R from United KingdomThe company told me exactly where to go when my flight landed, the staff member in the office told me exactly where to go to board the coach and also showed me the phone number to ring to confirm pick up time and location at the end of my holiday. The coach was comfortable and air-conditioned. I could just relax because the driver obviously knew the route very well. Good reliable service.

Mr N from United KingdomCoach stop easily found and only had to wait 10/15 mins for the coach. Los Gigantes is the last drop off so it took approximately one and half hours. Pick up was on time and it took slightly longer to get to the airport. Would recommend the company.

We did like that we put in our return flight details and they calculated our pickup time from our hotel ( I would ave personally booked an hour earlier) we trusted they do this all the time and they got it bang on and we had only had a short wait for our flight call.
