However, as I knew we were not going to be making it to Alicante I emailed Shuttle Direct. Unfortunately they did not see the email & a bus was sent to the airport to take us to our villa.... I called Shuttle Direct to ensure they had received my email & they explained, however they said they would give us a full refund & they were very understanding & helpful. I would definitely recommend them & be using them again 😊.
