Mr M from United KingdomOur driver was waiting for us on arrival, and not only helped me and my family to the transfer area, but he also helped several other arriving passengers who were unfamiliar with the airport facilities.
On arrival at our accommodation, we found that our apartment allocation had been changed and we did not have the correct access code to the complex. Our driver then very kindly telephoned the accommodation out of hours service, and helped us to gain access to the complex and our apartment. Which was extremely helpful, and very much appreciated!
We received the same level of helpful service on our return transfer to the airport, and would have no hesitation in recommending Shuttledirect. We would certainly use the service again. Thank you!
