Service to & from Malaga Airport was excellent. Transport was large & comfortable & both drivers were pleasant & helpful. Driver was at the airport to meet the flight arrival & the pick-up time for the return was precise.

Ms H from United KingdomWhen we had completed our booking, the pick up time for our return journey came through as far too early for our flight. I sent an email to ask for a more suitable pick up time, and within 24 hours I had a reply, the time had been changed, and an amended voucher attached. Very prompt service.
The pick up time on our voucher was between 10.15 and 11.15am. The driver arrived at 11.15am, so we did have to wait, because we landed at about 10.00am. But, he wasn't late, so the service was good, thanks.

I was very disappointed that we were collected 40 minutes late and that the driver was unable to find the address we gave. He had no GPS and this made us even later. I feel for this reason I should receive some money back as this was a large inconvenience.
