Mrs M from United KingdomOur flight was cancelled on the way out so called Shuttledirect told them we did not know when we would arrive and was told not to worry as the driver would be there as booked. True to their word although we were nearly 2 hours late and after a 20 minute wait our driver arrived full of apology for our wait and took us to the hotel. On the day we left pick up was at 5am and we were in reception at 10 to 5 and the driver was there waiting. Shuttledirect were brilliant and one of the best priced companies around. The vehicle was clean and smart as were the drivers and I would not hesitate to use them again if we travel where they are. Five stars.
