Ms M from AustraliaMy driver never came to pick me up from the station. I waited for over an hour and even tried to call the company with no success. No one ever tried to contact me and I found the whole process to be a very traumatic experience. I had booked a driver so that I wouldn't have any issues getting to my hotel in a country where I don't speak the local language. However this service made it incredibly stressful for me and no one at the station could understand me or help with the situation.
