We barely made it to Bari to catch our flight. The driver initially went to the dropoff location in Bari instead of the pickup location in Brindisi. Then I was told that the driver had never been to Brindisi but was on his way at 11:20. He finally reached us at around 13:30 after several phone calls. I had provided the GPS coordinates to our location both to the dispatcher in a text message and when I filled out the form on the website. We tried to get the driver to come down a main road where we were waiting on the corner but he couldnt figure it out. We explained in Italian and English. It was a very stressful situation. For the cost I paid for the transfer, I did not get what I paid for.
