Mr R from United KingdomOutward journey good, minibus airport to Marmaris taxi from Marmaris to Turunc. Return, taxi good, changed at Ichmeler, then minibus very hot no aircon. Also, a lot of slow pick ups, felt speedy cost especially return, was not justified as everyone else on bus had paid normal price. Early pick up probably to facilitate this.
One way good, other way waste of money.

Mr G from United KingdomThe website's interface is good, although they could add a more detailed description under each transfer-option - such as how many seats are in the van and how many pickups/drops along with yours for that price.
Also, the website is so slow that if I weren't patient enough, I'd have given up thinking it wasn't working and tried with a different one, as it took a good 5 minutes for processing the pages to load and to process the payment.
We had 2 trips with a Turkish Company called Mavisel - kindly arranged by Shuttle Direct during out recent holiday.
The return - Turunç to Dalaman was perfect (the driver even told us himself that we were offered free mobile WI-FI and switched it on.
He was very polite and professional and never out of place although friendly and relatively chatty).
Unfortunately though I can't state the same for the first trip - Dalaman to Turunç:
The driver chewed our ears off during the whole trip, he never stopped talking despite noticing that I was trying to sleep (note that my husband and I were told to seat in from with the driver during both trips);
He also noticed that I was freezing and he never turned the air con down (the other one did instead and he also offered me his jumper to cover my legs!)
He didn't tell us about the WI-FI either...
But what horrified us the most was the following:
As the road that gets to Turunç from Marmaris is small and full of bends, it is too tricky for a minivan and impossible for a bus to get there, so Mavisel arranges an included taxi journey from Marmaris to Turunç.
The first driver didn't warn us of this, he made us understand that we were better off and faster with a taxi from Marmaris on, and he explicitly said (and repeated a few times) that if we gave him and the prospective taxi driver a nice tip, he would arrange a taxi trip to Turunç at no extra cost.
We didn't give him anything and insisted that he took us till there, however he dropped us in Marmaris anyway where a taxi was waiting for us.
Please note that we're anything but stingy, so the taxi driver did get the tip, as well as the taxi and bus drivers on the way back.
The only one who didn't get any tip what's the one who tried to con us and claimed a nice tip making it look as he was doing us a favour and we thought we should report this.
Other than that, a good experience all in all.

the only problem we had was on arrival after we where transfered from the bus to a car the driver couldnt find our destination.

We were advised that a representative of the company would be waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. This wasn't the case - we had to walk out of the airport and ask somebody where we could find Shuttle Direct and then were directed to the appropriate desk. After that, plain sailing. We had to change from a coach to a private taxi at Marmaris for the last leg of the journey, no real problem other than that we felt obliged to tip the driver thus increasing the cost. Similarly on the return journey - a taxi from the hotel to Marmaris and then onto the coach. But all in all, no real complaints, the bottom line is that Shuttle Direct did the job, got us from the airport to the hotel and vice versa in comfort and, most important of all, were reliable and on time. Recommended!

I left my flight details which should have informed the driver that I was at the Dalaman domestic terminal. He was waiting at the Dalaman international terminal. It was 10:30 pm with a 2 hour transfer. Luckily someone new that this was a problem and took me to the driver. Once on the way he was a very goo driver and we got to my destination albeit very late and later than it should have been.

on return leg driver was unfriendly, car air con didn't seem to be working, and driver insisted on stopping at a café. I had to ask him to finish his cigarette and leave. This was a contrast to outward journey where there were no problems at all and a friendly driver.

The driver left and we went to pick our bags up, one carrier bag with a gift was missing. We have tried to stay in touch with the company, no one can locate it. We are very angry, as it cannot just disappear. We were the one and only drop off, it's stealing in my eyes. Everyone can make a mistake and miss a bag but the attempt from the company to return it has been non existent.
