Mr P from United KingdomI booked an airport shuttle from Bourgas airport - Bulgaria - my flight arrived about 2 hours late -it was 2 am ish, there was no contact on arrival but I phoned the contact number - the driver who was there had already left with other passengers, another driver arrived within 15 minutes and I was even phoned back to ensure I had met the driver - superb service - the driver was very engaging and was excellent - I also used direct shuttle in Malaga last weekend and it was excellent also
