We were greeted at the airport in Bourgas by a man with my name on an iPad and taken straight to his waiting minibus and on to the hotel - great! For the return journey the agent arrived early and the smooth journey was only improved by the knowledgeable and friendly driver - overall great service!

Took the back roads from the airport which were a bit bumpy but he said it would be faster than the motorway because there had been some accidents blocking the way, so good local knowledge.
