If you're delayed while clearing customs or have trouble retrieving your luggage, please contact the Customer Care number mentioned on your booking voucher. If the transfer service originates from the airport, in terms of missed connections and flight delays or diversions, Shuttle Direct's waiting policy is as follows. Flight Cancellations, missed connections and missed flights: Please refer to our comprehensive cancellation policy. Flight Delays: Public transport - Transport will be offered to you on the next scheduled service available. Shared transport or shuttle - You will be provided transport on the next scheduled shared service or shuttle. Private hire with driver - Delays to flights of up to three hours from the original scheduled arrival time are included. For any delays over three hours, you will need to contact the supplier in order to make a request that the vehicle is kept waiting, for which an additional fee is required, payable in advance. If the fee is not paid the service cannot be provided. Flight Diversions: In the case of any flight diversions, the respective airline will transport passengers to the new scheduled airport, after which the delay policy above will apply. only negative- there was a mix up of the address for the return journey to the airport and had I not checked would have missed the pick up. we had to walk for 20 mins to find the pickup address. but to be honest I think this was probably my fault as I had not given an exact address as I thought I could do this once there.
word of warning- you need to give exact address for pick ups which can only be changed by email or a couple of days before by phone but other than this the service and staff were great on both journeys. a definite must service to use
