Our hotel was changed 3 days before our arrival. I managed to change return transfer before we went but not our arrival transfer, I explained this at the counter and they told the driver which was not a problem. We had a coach (sometimes a minibus) which again was no problem. dropped off at our hotel. Pick-up was on time and dropped off at the airport efficiently.
