Frequently Asked Questions
How will we meet up with our transfer service when we land?
When you finalise your online booking, you'll be issued with an email voucher, which contains all of the information that you need, including where to meet your driver. This will depend on the arrival airport and the kind of service that you've booked.
At some airports, you'll be required to go to a reception desk to meet the driver, while at others he/she will be waiting in the arrivals hall. For shared services, you may be asked to make your way to a coach bay. You'll also be provided with 24-hour emergency contact numbers should you have any problems locating your driver.
It's important to note that every supplier has their own set of instructions, so please ensure that you check your voucher thoroughly. For questions about our services, baggage allowances or anything else, visit our FAQ page.

There was no one there and after checking round the room 3 times I called the number provided ,which went straight to voicemail. I spoke to two other people in the arrivals hall who weren't really able to help. Just as panic had set in our driver finally arrived. I will say that for the return journey our driver arrived promptly.
