Hr. K from GermanyBei der Ankunft am Flughafen stand der Fahrer schon bereit. Die Abholung von Hotel erfolgte schon 15 Minuten vor Ankündigung. Der Fahrer wies aber mehrmals darauf hin, dass wir uns gerne Zeit lassen können da die Abholung erst später vereinbart sei. Der Transport erfolgte professionell - keine Raser als Fahrer, sondern sehr umsichtig und vor allem bei beiden Transfers überaus freundliche Fahrer! Vielen Dank - ich buche immer wieder gerne bei Ihnen!

We did have to wait an hour at the airport for a transfer which wasnt ideal but not the end of the world, and the vehicle on the way back to the airport broke down 5 min after we boarded it, but the way it was dealt with was fast and efficient and caused us no issues with timing on our flight so thank you

Mme S from FranceJ'ai suivi les indications à la lettre, à l'aéroport de Palma et j'ai été emmenée avec un groupe de personnes allant toutes à Colonia de San Jordi, après une attente justifiée. Le petit bus était ultra-confortable, tout neuf. Le chauffeur, une dame très calme, très compétente, a conduit de manière très douce, en respectant les limites de vitesse. Pour 16 Euros, j'ai eu l'impression d'être une princesse, emmenée sur un tapis-volant, vers l'hôtel dont je rêvais depuis longtemps. Bravo, pour ce service de grande qualité et merci pour ce trajet magnifique. Je précise que je souffre du mal des transports et que je prends de la Nautamine. Je ne peux que vous conseiller cette expérience. Merci beaucoup à cette dame!

Mrs J from United KingdomThe shuttle bus to Palma Airport was really good. The driver arrived about 5 minutes after expected which was ok. He helped to put the cases in the boot. The journey was very smooth and we arrived at the airport with plenty time before our flight.
