    Wegen eines Unwetters auf den Balearen kam es auf dem Hinflug zu einer 3stündigen Flugverspätung mit Ankunft mitten in der Nacht. Trotzdem gelang es dem Shuttle-Service den ziemlich genervten Passagiere Busse mit Fahrern zuzuordnen und den Transfer zum Hotel vorzunehmen. Alles ging ruhig und problemlos vonstatten, alle Achtung!

    We arrived at Palma airport and followed the instructions sent to us by email they had very friendly staff they gave us a ticket with a number read the notice board and we’re on the bus within 4 minutes of going to the desk the bus left within 5 minutes and we’re in the resort and the hotel in 35min and on the return I got an email 2days before departure and was there on time great value for money
