Was able to contact company when we landed and they communicated with the driver our situation. Driver was very courteous and helpful with the luggage. His driving was comfortable and safely done. Took us right up to the hotel loading zone. Was very accommodating when unloading our luggage. Would highly recommend there service over a taxi especially since we had a large group. Price was very economical. The website to Shutles Direct was easy and accurate. No surprising extra cost as long as you are within the guide lines. What we paid online is what we paid. Looking forward to using them again.

Mr J from United KingdomFound it very easy to access, however we needed to travel with a fold down wheelchair for my mums convienience but there was nowhere on the website to add this so ended up telephoning them in Spain, they also were a bit confused and advised me to book a 9 seater instead of a 7 seater transfer to fit it in, which was alright but would have been a lot easier and more convienient to just add a wheelchair on the booking form as the buses were large for our small group
Pick ups from both the airport and appartments went smoothly with the bus driver accommodating our delayed flight and arriving early for our return journey
