Mr T from United KingdomThe on-line booking was easy to use. It did specify a pick up time for the return journey based on the flight details, which was 07.34. It could have been one hour later and still given us enough time. Can it be amended on-line?

Journey from the airport to hotel was delayed because the driver was at the wrong terminal. I had to phone twice to make contact with the driver.
The return journey was trouble free.

We were a group travelling with more than one piece of luggage each. The FAQ section said we should indicate this when we were making the booking so the car coudl accomodate us, however the booking form did not allow me to do this.
We had a terrible experience with with our transfers.
We were never picked up for our first transfer from the airport to the hotel. We waited an hour and had to get a taxi. I have sent a complaint about this.
For our second transfer I called the driver to confirm they would actually show up this time. They confirmed our booking. On the morning of our transfer the driver never showed and instead sent a taxi to our accommodation to take us to the airport.
I won't be using the service again.
