She gave me all the details as to where the bus was and the bus number and couldn't apologise enough for the delay, even though it wasn't her fault. We left and our bus driver, who's name i can't remember was brilliant and drove safely. I totally recommend Shuttledirect. Brilliant.

Although it was more than 2 hours late, there were no issues, and the rep was there waiting as he came out with his baggage in a highly visible yellow shirt -as promised. Overall it was a very smooth experience!

Van Barcelona naar Blanes duurde dit jaar erg lang voor de bus vertrok.Vond het wat meer omslachtig wat rommelig als voorgaande jaren. Van Blanes naar Barcelona was het prima bus reed precies op tijd.
