The driver was very professional, businesslike and efficient in his interaction with us during the entire trip. The entire booking and transportation process was direct and stress-free.

Mr M from United StatesWe had a mechanical delay out of EWR - arrived 4 hrs 30 min late into Milan. Was nervous as some reviews are pretty negative but our driver was there waiting in a very nice Mercedes van and took us right to our hotel after a very long trip. Could never get through to the "after hours" contact but did email the company about the delay and when we landed there was a reply saying the local vendor had been notified. The driver said he simply monitored our flight status and adjusted accordingly. So even w a huge delay everything worked out great! Will use shuttle direct again although they need to have a manned after hours telephone contact.
