Mr L from United KingdomI would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone. Website was easy to navigate and make the initial purchase and the journeys to and from our destination were stress-free. We would definitely use them again.
The service was excellent, especially our return journey where we were contacted at our hotel in the morning to explain that, due to the floods and road closures in Paris, we would be collected 30 minutes earlier than the planned. This forethought instantly removed any fear and stress we may have experienced.
We were actually collected 45 minutes early and the driver was instantly warm and friendly explaining the traffic situation in Paris. He drove 'creatively' and continually reviewed his route to ensure that we arrived at the station in a timely manner (he explained it took almost twice as long as it would have taken on a normal day).
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone. I was only sorry I had run out of Euros and could not provide a, thoroughly deserved, hefty tip to the driver on our outward journey. My family and I would really appreciate if you could explain our gratitude to this driver. He was great. (This journey was the planned 12:26 pick-up from Hotel Cheyenne, Disneyland Paris on Friday 3 June 2016).
