Ms M from AustraliaGood service overall. Upon Airport arrival had trouble locating the Driver in the Arrivals Hall. Walked around a few times then had to turn on Data Roaming to call the company. But they were really good and tracked down the driver and from there everything was fine. It's nice to drive into the city and see London rather than see nothing and be cramped on the Tube then have to deal with stairs, luggage and multiple Tube exits.
