El chofer muy amable, servicial, nos ayudó en todo momento, un vehiculo super confortable y limpio; cuando bajamos del avión, ya teníamos su mensaje que nos estaba esperando, nos dió mucha tranquilidad y luego el viaje fue excelente. Estamos felices por haber contratado a esta empresa y que nos hayan asignado ese chofer. 10/10 Espectacular!!!

Was so simple, which helped ease my nervousness of reaching a meeting point hotel on time with no problems. Would use again, even tho I felt the rates were high. Five stars!

We dropped our rental car at the Milan airport where our driver promptly picked us up and drove us to Zurich. Beautiful van, safe driving, courteous driver. We would highly recommend!!

It took us nearly two hours to exit the airport, so we contacted Shuttle Direct after an hour and they got us in contact with the driver who was more than happy to wait until we were able to meet him. The car was very comfortable and we were grateful that we organised this service.
