We dropped our rental car at the Milan airport where our driver promptly picked us up and drove us to Zurich. Beautiful van, safe driving, courteous driver. We would highly recommend!!

It took us nearly two hours to exit the airport, so we contacted Shuttle Direct after an hour and they got us in contact with the driver who was more than happy to wait until we were able to meet him.
