As flights and travel were then suspended, I contacted them to see what could be done with regards to a refund. Katrina was super helpful, really professional and arranged for the refund to be processed. I will not hesitate to use Shuttle Direct again when we're allowed to take flights and travel.

Bus shuttle is a money-saving option.
