The only setback was the note on voucher saying somebody will be waiting upon arrival with a sign with my name - finally after some hiccup turned out there was a counter serving people like me; believe that should be reflected on voucher; on my return what happened to be very deep at night the taxi was sent to pick me up instead of shuttle bus with no extra charge for what I'm very thankful

Mr S from SpainThe drivers are really kind and helpful. The minivans or coach are very clean and comfortable.
My only concern is regarding the picking up time. I was advised to be picked up at 3:40 pm without no negotiation. For me it was really early (my flight was leaving at 6:30 pm). I was told by the member of the staff that I should be 2 hours and a half before. I stated that I have never heard that before and I did not need to be that early, she then told me that it was a requirement from the airport. When I realised that I was travelling within the country (scale at Athens with the connection 8 hours later), I contacted her again and I stated that being national flight I should have enough with one hour and a half, again she stated that it was the airport's rule. At the end I arrived at 3:40 pm. The checking did not open until one hour later.
My only concern was the usage of a coach for one single person. Please commit with the environment.

1. We were not met this time with a nameplate
2. We found our bus, but the driver couldn't bring us to our hotel. He gave us the number of another bus. After he said that, he immediately left.
3. We also found that bus. The driver wanted to take us to our hotel, so we took place in the bus. We had to wait for more than an hour before the driver left the airport and started to bring tourist to there hotels.

Darum fordere ich die Hälfte des Ticketpreises plus die Kosten für das Taxi( 28 Euro), welches wir dann nahmen, von Ihnen. Der Transfer vom Hotel zum Flughafen klappte durch die Hilfe der Dame an der Rezeption gut.

Our transfer didn't turn up so I had to get a taxi. Tried calling the contact number on the voucher several times but no answer. Not the kind of end to the holiday I wanted. Terrible, disgusting. Joke of a company. Wont be using again and I'll be sure to let me friends and family know to avoid.
