I couldn't find the person with the sign as mine was on a wall (??!) but the driver waited, the rep was extremely friendly and the coaches were VERY comfortable after the cramped flight. They picked us up and dropped us off directly at our hotel which was also welcome. I'll definitely use them again!

The drivers were brilliant but it was chaotic at Rhodes airport. The voucher stated someone would be waiting with our name on a board, there was nobody there we had to hunt out where we should go to find out info & I even tried phoning the number on the voucher. I eventually spotted a shuttledirect desk but this was for coach transfers, the gentleman behind the desk didn't know what I was talking about & a woman working the desks overheard my conversation then took me to another desk where after about 10 mins things eventually got sorted. Overhaul I was very disappointed with the service on our arrival . On departure the driving was waiting for us at the agreed time this journey was far more stress free.

Landed early hours of the morning but there were a lot of staff around to help direct to the correct coach. Very reasonably priced too
