When we arrived at Olbia, very good service, didn't have to wait !!!
For the way back to the airport, the service was less good, the driver dropped us off at the other end of the airport in stead of the main entrance !

Although we were 2.5hrs late on arrival, our driver was waiting, very smartly dressed and with a clear sign. He was very friendly but professional and was driving a beautiful Mercedes - the quality of car far surpassed what expected.
The return journey was as relaxed and convenient. The driver was early but we were happy to leave so this was a good thing! Another quality car, Audi a6 3litre Quattro. Overall, brilliant service and value for money is just fantastic

Both the transfers to and from our hotel were very efficient. At arrival at the airport the driver met us and the trip to the hotel via his Mercedes was pleasant. For the return to the airport the driver appeard very punctually (to the minute!) and trip was again problem free. Both drivers were very courteous. We would use Shuttle Direct again.
