Although we were 2.5hrs late on arrival, our driver was waiting, very smartly dressed and with a clear sign. He was very friendly but professional and was driving a beautiful Mercedes - the quality of car far surpassed what expected.
The return journey was as relaxed and convenient. The driver was early but we were happy to leave so this was a good thing! Another quality car, Audi a6 3litre Quattro. Overall, brilliant service and value for money is just fantastic

Both the transfers to and from our hotel were very efficient. At arrival at the airport the driver met us and the trip to the hotel via his Mercedes was pleasant. For the return to the airport the driver appeard very punctually (to the minute!) and trip was again problem free. Both drivers were very courteous. We would use Shuttle Direct again.

Mr P from United KingdomI booked last year and at the last minute could not travel, to cancel was straight forward and the refund immediate. I didn't hesitate to book again this year.
The drivers were very courteous, helpful, well dressed and punctual. The only criticism I have was a luxury car was booked both ways but on the return journey a large people carrier was used with no explanation.
