The driver was courteous and went above and beyond to accommodate our special circumstances. I was traveling in a wheel chair with my wife, large dog, his heavy wooden crate, plus 9 pieces of big heavy luggage. One hour before our flight we were informed by the airline that, due to mechanical issues, they had to change our plane with a smaller one that could not carry our dog's large crate, and they booked us for a flight leaving the next morning. I called the number on the voucher and they kindly rescheduled us without any issues or additional costs. The driver was very patient and helped us load and fit everything as best as possible. He stopped along the way for us to go to the rest room. He also helped us unload and put the wooden crate in our apartment. We were very happy with the whole process.
