The day before we were due to fly back to the UK, Shuttledirect had called & left a note at our hotel reception informing us of our pick up time. Very reliable, will definitely be using again.

When collecting us he was decent enough to give us a call to say he would be 10 mins late and he was only 10 mins. He dropped us off and told us where we needed to be. They sent a txt the day before with the driver details (including phone number in case of delays) and pick up time. Driver waiting on arrival at the airport and the car (Mercedes) was very comfortable.
They sent another txt to inform us of our driver details and pick up time for our return journey not long after we arrived. The day before we departed another txt message to let us know our driver details had changed! Overall great service and would not hesitate recommending them to anyone else.

Ms S from United KingdomService rating :It is strange when you book that the confirmation comes from what appears to be a completely unrelated site (black hole) which if you search on the internet leads you to believe it's a virus. The vouchers arrived garbled but once I telephoned they were sent through again in a different format which worked fine.
We liked the SMS confirmation on the way out so that we knew who our driver was. However, we didn't receive an SMS on the return journey but both drivers were on time.
